CLASS: Fasting for Health
Fasting has made the headlines in recent years as an approach to weight loss, but there are exciting discoveries on the science of fasting and its health benefits. Join Dr. Lesley James to discuss fasting as a form of medical intervention, how fasting impacts your health, the various fasting methods, the pros and cons of fasting, and which method may be a good fit for you.
