Reduce Inflammation and Promote Gut Health with the AIP Diet
7:00-8:00PM | October 10, 2018
Class Led By Heather Carrera, MS, CNS
Do you suffer from an autoimmune disorder such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, or an inflammatory disease such as Rheumatoid Arthritis? The Autoimmune Paleo Protocol helps heal the immune system and gut mucosa from the damage that an inflammatory Western diet can cause. Why the gut? Because inflammation in the gut is the root cause of inflammation in the body, and can lead to developing an autoimmune disease. Stop the vicious cycle of hypersensitivity and self-tissue attack once and for all with the help of the AIP Protocol. Learn how to reduce inflammation by removing immune triggers that promote inflammation in the gut and the rest of the body.
